Start with the official rules. Fintokei can update prices, drawdown formulas and payout conditions at any time: confirm the current terms on the program page before purchasing.

Fintokei keeps appearing in prop firm comparisons for a reason: four routes to funding (StartTrader, SwiftTrader, ProTrader and ProTrader Swing), account sizes listed on its current plans page, and a rulebook you can read before you pay. In this 2026 Fintokei review we cover pricing, the trading rules, the payout process and the checks that tell you whether a prop firm is legit. Fintokei belongs to the Purple Group, founded in 2011 in the Czech Republic, and runs three evaluation formats up to $400K.

Fintokei Prop Firm Review 2026: At a Glance

Before the detail, the short version of Fintokei: four routes to funding (StartTrader, SwiftTrader, ProTrader and ProTrader Swing), account sizes listed on its current plans page, and the program conditions written where you can read them. Everything below expands on those three points.

Why traders like Fintokei

  • One-step and two-step evaluations to match your trading style
  • Profit split: 50–100% (StartTrader) / 90% (SwiftTrader) / 80% (ProTrader, ProTrader Swing)
  • Payouts: Every 14 days
  • Entry price from $244 (StartTrader)

Key facts

  • Type: retail prop firm (evaluation model)
  • Maximum drawdown: 3%–10% (varies by program)
  • Daily loss limit: 2%–5% (varies by program)
  • Platforms: TradingView, MetaTrader 5, cTrader
  • Company / HQ: Part of Purple Group (established 2011)
  • Official website: fintokei.com

Our method

Every firm in our comparison is checked on the same points: published rules, written payout policy, visible pricing and consistent terms. Fintokei’s figures in this review come from its own program pages (checked September 13, 2026) and can change; the checkout page is always the reference.

Is Fintokei Legit? What We Checked

Search “Fintokei scam” and you will find the usual mix of frustrated traders who broke a rule and traders who were paid. Our reading is simpler: Fintokei states its objectives, its drawdown limits and its payout conditions before you buy, and it operates a normal checkout and dashboard. Those are the marks of a legitimate operation. The rest is down to trading inside the published rules. The firm also states who is behind it: Part of Purple Group (established 2011); Czech Republic-based.

Legitimacy checks that matter for any prop firm

Here is the checklist we use for every firm, Fintokei included; five minutes on the official site answers all of it:

  • Transparency of rules: objectives, loss limits and time limits published per program.
  • Written payout process: split, eligibility and schedule documented, not promised in a chat.
  • Visible fees: evaluation, reset and activation costs shown before you pay.
  • Consistency of terms: identical rules across site, dashboard and legal terms.
  • Support that answers: pre-sale questions about rules handled clearly.

Fintokei clears that checklist, and that, not marketing claims, is why we are comfortable listing it. Years of operating history count for a lot in a market where many firms are less than three years old.

Fintokei Trustpilot

The Fintokei Trustpilot profile is at trustpilot.com/review/fintokei.com. Three things to look at before trusting a score: the number of reviews (a few dozen say little), the dates (a firm can change a lot in a year) and the share of reviews that describe an actual payout. Invited reviews are common in this industry, so weigh detailed reviews more than one-line ratings.

Fintokei challenge types and pricing

Here is how Fintokei structures its programs, as published on its official pages. Prices are indicative (promotions change them), so always read the figure at checkout.

One-step or two-step at Fintokei?

The two-step route is the classic path: two objectives before funding, usually at the lower fee. The one-step route asks for a single objective and gets a consistent trader to payouts sooner. The three-step route splits the objective into smaller targets per phase. Choose the account size you can trade within the daily loss limit on a bad day.

Fintokei Discount Code 2026

We do not list Fintokei discount codes that we cannot verify, and no public code was published on the pages we reviewed on September 13, 2026. Promotions, when they run, are shown on the Fintokei program page and at checkout, and announced on its own channels. If the goal is the lowest entry price with the fewest rules, Meridian Funded sells its Instant plan at $35 (down from $64) with no consistency rules, no minimum trading days and a free reset; it is #1 in our comparison above.

Fintokei trading rules explained

None of Fintokei’s rules are exotic (daily loss, maximum drawdown, a target, sometimes a time or consistency condition), but the details decide whether you pass. Here are the published figures and how to read each one.

Fintokei trading rules as published on fintokei.com, checked September 13, 2026. Rules can change; the program page and the terms govern.
RuleWhat Fintokei publishes
Maximum drawdown3%–10% (varies by program)
Daily loss limit2%–5% (varies by program)
Profit targetStartTrader: 2% / 3% / 6%; SwiftTrader: 6%; ProTrader: 8% (phase 1) / 6% (phase 2); ProTrader Swing: 8% (phase 1) / 6% (phase 2)
Minimum trading days3 separate trading days (accounts purchased after 15 July 2026), for StartTrader/SwiftTrader/ProTrader, both evaluation and funded/payout phases; previously 3 days generally, 5 days for SwiftTrader
Consistency rule'All-in trading' rule: forbids reaching the profit target via a single trade or a consolidated 'Trade Idea' (same symbol/direction/overlapping time), including one large trade plus minimal 'flipping' trades used only to satisfy the day-count; applies across evaluation programs. StartTrader additionally caps a single day's contribution at 40% of total profit.
EAs and copy tradingMartingale/aggressive averaging allowed but not recommended; hedging/opposite trading across multiple accounts or traders is prohibited; copy-trading & EA rules exist but specific allowances/restrictions were not fully retrievable

Daily loss limit and maximum drawdown

As at September 13, 2026, Fintokei states a maximum drawdown of 3%–10% (varies by program) and a daily loss limit of 2%–5% (varies by program). These two numbers end most Fintokei evaluations, not the profit target. The daily figure is measured against the day’s starting balance or equity; the maximum figure defines the account’s total loss boundary and may be fixed or trailing. Set your position size from them, not from the profit target.

Profit targets by step

The published targets: StartTrader 2% / 3% / 6%; SwiftTrader 6%; ProTrader 8% (phase 1) / 6% (phase 2); ProTrader Swing 8% (phase 1) / 6% (phase 2). Treat a target as a destination reached in steps: consistent, moderate trades keep you inside the daily limit while the balance climbs.

Minimum trading days and consistency

Minimum trading days, as published: 3 separate trading days (accounts purchased after 15 July 2026), for StartTrader/SwiftTrader/ProTrader, both evaluation and funded/payout phases; previously 3 days generally, 5 days for SwiftTrader. Consistency rule: 'All-in trading' rule: forbids reaching the profit target via a single trade or a consolidated 'Trade Idea' (same symbol/direction/overlapping time), including one large trade plus minimal 'flipping' trades used only to satisfy the day-count; applies across evaluation programs. StartTrader additionally caps a single day's contribution at 40% of total profit.. Both conditions are the rules most often overlooked by traders who pass the target quickly. Read them once, plan around them, and they never become a problem.

News trading, weekend holding, EAs and copy trading

EAs and copy trading: Martingale/aggressive averaging allowed but not recommended; hedging/opposite trading across multiple accounts or traders is prohibited; copy-trading & EA rules exist but specific allowances/restrictions were not fully retrievable. Whether you can trade news, hold over the weekend, run an EA or copy trades is exactly the kind of rule that changes between firms and between programs. Read the version that applies to your account and, if automation or news trading is central to your edge, weigh it against the rule-freedom column in our comparison above.

Fintokei payouts: profit split, schedule and withdrawal process

Payouts are where a prop firm earns or loses its reputation, and Fintokei makes the process easy to understand: the profit split and the payout cadence are published, the first payout has a stated eligibility condition, and withdrawals are requested from the trader dashboard once identity verification is complete.

Profit split: 50–100% (StartTrader) / 90% (SwiftTrader) / 80% (ProTrader, ProTrader Swing). Payout schedule: Every 14 days. Payment methods: Bank transfer (next business day), E-wallet (near-instant). (As published on fintokei.com, September 13, 2026.)

How a Fintokei payout works

  • Step 1, funding: pass the evaluation.
  • Step 2, stay inside the limits: the same daily and maximum drawdown rules run on the funded account.
  • Step 3, become eligible: the dashboard shows when the first payout can be requested and any minimum profit required.
  • Step 4, withdraw: pick a payment method, finish identity verification if needed, and receive your share.

Two details worth reading closely: whether the payout frequency shortens as you build a track record, and how the balance is reset after a withdrawal (some firms reset the drawdown reference on payout, which affects your room for the next cycle). Both are stated in Fintokei’s payout terms.
